Information processed by the site
The web server and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, device and browser details, requested URL, timestamps, referrer, and security signals. We use this information to deliver the service, detect abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security. Public tools are designed to process their entered values in the browser unless a tool clearly states otherwise.
Google advertising
Eligible published tools and substantial articles may use Google AdSense. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived location, prior visits, and interactions to select, limit, measure, personalize, or report ads and to prevent fraud. Ads are not loaded on the privacy policy, cookie notice, contact page, search page, administration pages, API routes, previews, errors, or content that does not meet our eligibility rules.

Google Analytics
Eligible monetized content may use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, device categories, engagement, and page performance. We use aggregated reporting to understand which tools and articles are useful and to improve placement and performance. Consent Mode communicates available consent choices to Google. Analytics data collection can take time to appear and is subject to Google’s retention and privacy controls.
Regional consent and privacy messages
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown Google’s certified consent message where required. Google advertising and analytics storage defaults to denied in those regions until a choice is communicated. Visitors in supported US states may receive a state privacy message and can opt out of uses that applicable law treats as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Your privacy choices
Use the “Privacy and cookie settings” control in the footer to reopen the available Google privacy message and change eligible choices. TheToolSite.net does not directly sell personal information for money. Some US privacy laws may define personalized advertising as a sale or sharing, so the state message provides the applicable opt-out control. Browser settings can also block or clear cookies, although doing so may affect preferences or administrative sessions.
Contact form and administrative accounts
If you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide so we can respond, investigate a report, or consider a request. Contact messages are retained for up to 90 days by default unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to protect the form. The sole administrative account uses a secure session cookie and is not offered to public visitors.
Data disclosure and retention
Information may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers acting under their own terms or as service providers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business transfer. We retain operational information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Children, changes, and contact
The service is a general-audience utility site and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date. Use the Contact page at https://thetoolsite.net/contact for privacy questions or requests. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
